how to make a pyramid out of paper

Postby SANDRA » Thu Dec 03, 2009 2:45 am

There was a book written by a Bulgarian author which gave details of how to make a pyramid out of paper giving the exact dimensions and describing how one could positon it and write wishes relating to health wealth and love and by placing the palms of one's hands over the pyramid one could affirm these wishes with a view to attaining them within a certain period. Do you have details of this method including details of the exact positioning and dimensions of such a pyramid?

Hi Sandra,

You can build a pyramid using almost every material. But I recomand you:

  • copper
  • aluminium
  • paper
  • cardboard
  • wood

The pyramid could be built at any dimensions, but you have to follow the right proportion between the height and base.

The best proportions, are the geometrical proportions of The Great Pyramid.

For example:

Great_Pyramid_dimensions.gif

  • base = 230.35 m (440 royal cub.)
  • height = 146.71 m (280 royal cub.)
  • slope = 186.52 m (356 royal cub.)
  • edge = 219.21 m (418 royal cub.)

So, means:

  • height / base = 0.6369
  • base / height = 1.5701
  • height / edge = 0.6693
  • edge / height = 1.4942
  • base / edge = 1.0508
  • edge / base = 0.9516
  • base / slope angle = 51 grd 52'

Examples:

1. You want to build a pyramid with 20 cm base. That means, your pyramid will have 12.7 cm height, and 19 cm edge.

2. You want to build a pyramid with 1 meter height. That means, 157 cm base, and 149.4 m edge.

For positioning you need a magnetic compass. It is necessary to align (parallel) two of the base sides with the compass magnetic needle.

Good luck, and let me know if everything is ok,
Paul.

Can someone tell me the exact measurement inches or mm, in constructing a table top cardboard Pyrmaid? What direction ( Compass) must the Pyramid be headed?
I am just a beginner, in learning about Pyramids! Any other information will be helpful! Thanks! Bud

Hi,

You don't need exact dimensions. Depends how big you want to build your pyramid. Like I said before, you have to respect the Khufu's Great Pyramid proportions:

  • height / base = 0.6369
  • base / height = 1.5701
  • height / edge = 0.6693
  • edge / height = 1.4942
  • base / edge = 1.0508
  • edge / base = 0.9516
  • base / slope angle = 51 grd 52'

Examples:

  1. You want to build a pyramid with 20 cm base. That means, your pyramid will have 12.7 cm height, and 19 cm edge.
  2. You want to build a pyramid with 1 meter height. That means, 157 cm base, and 149.4 m edge.

For positioning you need a magnetic compass. It is necessary to align (parallel) two of the base sides with the compass magnetic needle.

Have a good weekend,
Paul.

You wouldn't think something like this would be so complicated. I have tried it, but it never seems to work for me. I wanted to show my daughter how to build one, but I guess I just need to give up. Cardboard may be more simple, I don't know, but paper?

Hello,
I want to build my own pyramid with strong material, as cement, wood etc. I already built base in dimensions: 7x5 meters. Pyramid will be with base 7x7m. I have found dimensions in comparison with Khofu's pyramid in base, high, corners. My idea is first to build first level high 2 meters. From there will rise four timbers as pyramid.
I am writing for first time in this forum so I still cannot find exact using it maybe so please sorry for any mistake or missing.
If anybody is interesting fill free to ask me for exact dimensions.
My question is: can anybody tell me please, is it OK if I build first floor with cement and iron armature inside the cement? I mean, will the pyramid give same positive effect?
Thank you in advance for the answer!

David Wilcox's book "The Sourcefield Investigations" has an entire chapter devoted to pyramid power. Pyramids that are particularly steeper (about 70 degrees) seem to have a stronger effect and will help seeds, plants etc. grow better. See esp. the work of Russian scientist Alexander Golod (http://gizapyramid.com/DrV-article.htm), David Wilcox's "Sourcefield Investigations" and John DeSalvo's pyramid website (just google it).
