I spend around one hour not daily but alternate days which helps to give my body relax.
Here are the way i exercise.
Monday :- workout on chest, bench press, incline bench press, side dumbbells and other chest work out.
Wednesday:- Shoulder work out ie; exercise on front shoulder and back shoulder.
Friday:- Workout on back like back extension which is really important for strong back
Sunday:- Workout on include biceps and triceps work out.
Monday:- Lower body exercise which includes squats, leg extension etc.
If you are obese you can try one day gym and one day cardio which will work fro obese people.
