Do exercise and drink plenty of water and juice. Eat mixed salad in huge amount. Don't eat more calories food and junk food which is the big reason for our fatness...

Some effective and natural weight loss tips are
Avoid all fat foods and fast foods.
Take low card diet
Eat raw vegetables and fresh fruits
Drink plenty of water in a day
Make regular exercise plan.

Do exercise in the morning, try to drink water as you can drink in a day, eat fresh fruits and vegetable,
try to avoid junk food, and if you get some time in the evening, you should try to do some walk in the evening, its make you healthy. 8)

We need lose weight fast diets that don't limit our portions to such a small size that we constantly feel hungry. Eat breakfast. And lunch. And dinner. Don't even think of skipping a meal or two. Skipping meals would only cause you acute abdominal pain.

for losing the weight you should try the following tips
Do exercise regularly
Running, swimming and jogging
Drink plenty of water
Control your diet
Take more boiled vegetables
Don't take more cholesterol and fatty foods
Eat fresh fruits especially citric fruits
Drink fresh fruits juice
Take green tea
and use fish oil

Muscle weighs more than fat, so if you start losing muscle mass it will look good on the scale.This takes a heavy burden off your body which allows it to do it's job. Your body naturally wants to be lean, so let it do it's job for you.
