The main philosophy which seems to underlie natural therapy is that all things living have an ability to heal themselves. One of the major benefits of natural therapies is that they possess not real side effects on the body when compared to conventional medications and treatments.

Alternative medicine is any healing practice, "that does not fall within the realm of conventional medicine."[1] In some instances, it is based on historical or cultural traditions, rather than a scientific (i.e. evidence-based) basis.

What natural therapy does is it helps the immune, nervous, hormonal systems and detoxification paths to work as one unit. One of the major benefits of natural therapies is that they possess not real side effects on the body when compared to conventional medications and treatments.
