Hey guys,

Here are some tips for the weight loss.

Do exercise regularly
Running, swimming and jogging
Yoga
Drink plenty of water
Control your diet
Take more boiled vegetables
Don't take more cholesterol and fatty foods
Eat fresh fruits especially citric fruits
Drink fresh fruits juice
Take green tea
and use fish oil

Practicing any type of yoga will build strength, but some types may not raise your heart rate enough to make them the only form of exercise you need to include in your weight loss regime. It depends on the type of yoga you select and how frequently you practice it.

I have some simple weight lose tips.
If you want to lose your weight then you should follow these tips.
1.Drink 10 glass of water in a day.
2.Use green tea regularly.
3.Try to walk about 30 minutes in a day.
4.Do some exercise regularly.
5.Avoid oily food and eat simple food like fruits and vegetables.
