If your talking about why you lose focus when you diet and work out.
Its actually because dieting is starving yourself, and working out is a laborious task.
Lets face it you wouldn't feel good with either one, and to add more on you do it together.
This is adding stress to your body, your torturing your body to get it the way you want it to look.
So your brain is practically working against you making every little thing an arduous task.people
So you therefore react, and do what your body wants.
Pretty much the entire reason people use drugs like steroids so they can cheat.
My advice is keep trying, don't give up what you need is motivation and discipline, motivate yourself by working out with a partner or group, if you have a competitive personality this is perfect, if not its okay, a boost is still a boost.
