I want suggest some good tips for the beginners towards the yoga. The beginners should perform the eagle pose minimum 1 month and then have to take the further steps to after performing the eagle poses.

As previously mentioned Yoga can be a very spiritual experience if you become good enough at clearing your thoughts and concentrating whilst performing the exercises. Before you begin to work with any student that has arthritis, understand their reluctance to move.

The yoga beginners must start with pranayams like bhrastika pranayam,kapalbharati pranayam etc.
DO not try tough asanas when you are beginners.Yoga is very helpful to make your body flexible.

(1) Lotus pose
(2) Bow pose
(3) Hatha Yoga pose
(4) Butterfly Yoga pose

Benefits of Eagle pose are as follow :-

-> Eagle pose strengthens thighs.
-> It improves concentrations and focusing power.
-> It also improves flexibility of the body.
-> If you have got shoulder problem then eagle pose would be very beneficial for you.

The basic diet for weight gain that should contain nutritious, carbohydrate is also assential part for the weight gain,
The diet for the carbohydrate meal bread, potatoes, brown rice, pasta, couscous,fresh and dried fruit.
